This immune card is a plastic card and has a QR Code, containing your COVID-19 vaccination status. It has been proven very popular for people without presenting a smartphone, to enter leisure facilities, beach bars, restaurants, airlines etc. The card is issued with the official European Union Digital QR Code. The process to apply is simple, you upload your details and the EUDC QR Code into the form below. This can be a good quality screenshot or the PDF you were issued by your Public Health Authorities in Europe or other countries using the COVPass (App) verifiable QR Code.

If you don’t have a verifiable QR Code but you have all the records you need, please look into the EEAI transcribing option (no 1 below).

Please be advised that there is no official conversion app to convert your Gibraltar QR Code into an EU Code. This is a misrepresentation, please do not submit these screenshots.
